Manufacturing processes of any type of food are associated with hazards which may be inherited in raw material, introduced to processing, can grow or survive during production,it is therefore important to prevent or control these possible hazards to acceptable levels.
Food Transporters shall implement eobust Food Safety Programmes to ensure food safety during transportation.
Where appropriate, particularly bulk transport, containers and conveyances should be designed for food use only.
